E-Safety
Reasons for education
The Internet has become integral to children’s lives, and we need to be able to give them the tools to use the internet safely. This is also paramount with regards to parents and giving you the knowledge to know what your children are using the internet for. At Whitburn Church of England Academy we take e-safety very seriously and education is embedded into the curriculum throughout Years 7 to 11. If you have a concern please contact the school and ask to speak to either your child’s Pastoral Year Lead or Mrs Tennet, AHT Pastoral. Alternatively click on the CEOP icon to report directly to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre.
