TEACHER OF MATHS

 Required for January 2027. Earlier start highly desirable.

 

Part time – 0.6 FTE.

Full time considered for those able to offer a second subject.

The Governors seek to appoint an energetic and forward-looking teacher who is an outstanding practitioner to join the highly effective Maths Department. The ability to teach Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 is essential, as are commitment to professional development and excellent communication skills. The ability to offer a second subject is highly desirable. We are happy to receive applications from newly qualified and experienced teachers.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  •  excellent teaching and organisation skills

  • experience of implementing evidence based approaches in the classroom
  • the ability to support and challenge students across the age and ability range
  • an absolute commitment to student progress and their learning above all else
