Students: please make sure you let your teacher know if you plan to attend any of the above sessions, and sign in via the North entrance on the day.

8.45am – students arrive and register (Year 7 entrance) then to English rooms 45, 46, 47

9.00am – 9.45am Session 1

9.45am – 10.30am – Session 2

10.30am – 10.45am – break (in school)

10.45am – 11.30am – Session 3

11.30am – 12.15am – Session 4

12.15pm – 12.45pm – lunch (packed lunch in school)

12.45pm – 1.30pm – Session 5

1.30pm – 1.45pm – Break (in school)

1.45pm – 2.30pm – Session 6

2.30pm – 3.00pm – Q&A session (teachers available to answer any queries/questions)

There are 6 different revision sessions and students will be rotating around these so they need to attend the full day to benefit from all of the topics covered – Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls, Power & Conflict Poetry, Unseen Poetry 1 and Unseen Poetry 2).

Students may wear their own clothes and should bring a packed lunch, snacks and drinks.  They will need a pen, ruler, highlighter and notebook (if they have one).  If they have their own copies of the Literature texts (Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls and the Power & Conflict Poetry), they may bring these too.
