Festive Operation Teacup Posted on: 20 Dec 2017
On Tuesday 19th December we welcomed local residents from the Whitburn Luncheon Club and local care homes to join our festive afternoon tea. The visitors enjoyed the sounds of our amazing band and orchestra, as well as beautiful singing from our very talented pupils and staff.
The event was led by our Head Boy and Girl and their deputies, along with the House Captains. The pupils were 
wonderful ambassadors for our Academy; welcoming the elderly community and joining in with the dancing and bingo. The residents had a wonderful time and were definitely in the festive spirit during the event!
We must also thank Mr Rose, Miss Cresswell and Mr Sheard for their hard work in putting on a brilliant musical performance as well as all of the staff behind the scenes who helped to set up the venue.
