Intermediate Maths Challenge Success 2016 Posted on: 17 Mar 2016
Pupils in Years 9 and 10 recently achieved 1 gold, 8 silver and 13 bronze certificates in this year’s UKMT Intermediate Challenge. Over 200,000 pupils from across the UK sat the intermediate Maths Challenge, and nationally the top 6% were awarded a gold certificate, the next 13% silver and the next 21% bronze.
The highest achiever in Year 10 was Jack Feetham who achieved a Gold award and we had two Year 9 pupils achieving the highest in their year, Sharlize Sowden and Charlotte Beech. Well done to all award winners and to the 43 pupils who took part!
