Operation Christmas Child – Thanks! Posted on: 2 Dec 2016
Much to Miss McGee’s delight, we handed over 323 filled shoeboxes towards the Operation Christmas Child Appeal.
Year 12 and Year 13 students volunteered to go to the local distribution warehouse in Jarrow to help Carol Hall, District Co-ordinator in the checking process; we do not know where the boxes are going, but wherever they go they will surely put a smile on their faces of those who receive them.
We would like to extend our thanks to all pupils, students, parents, carers and staff for their continued support to this very worthy cause.
