Sixth Form drop in session for Prospective Year 12 Students for September 2016 Intake Posted on: 22 Jan 2016
Whitburn Church of England Academy Sixth Form welcomes applications from students currently in Year 11 at any local school. The deadline for applications is noon on Friday 29th January.
There will be a drop-in information session during Year 11 Parents’ Evening on Thursday 28th January, 3.30pm-7.00pm.
Any prospective student is welcome to contact Mr Lee Craggs, Head of Sixth Form for an informal tour and a chat about what we offer our students.
Following the sad news that Sunderland High School is to close in July this year, we have received a number of parental enquiries regarding the availability of places at Whitburn. Any further questions regarding places in Years 7 to 11 can be directed to Mrs T. Batey (Principals’ PA) and to Mr Craggs (Head of Sixth Form) for places in Year 12 and 13.
