Almost 130 girls from Years 7 to 10 took part in the South Tyneside Dance Festival on four evenings and Thursday Matinee between the 9th and 13th June. Miss Jacques said the performances from each year group this year were absolutely the best ever!!!! A special mention must go to the group of dancers who performed to “Music”, the last item of the final evening. What a performance by the girls and what a performance to retire on! You could have heard a pin drop in the auditorium and what an applause at the end.
Mrs Gibson wowed the audience in the Customs House with her closing speech on Tuesday evening and has already been booked up for next year.
