Whitburn C of E Academy & Friends Fundraising Group
We are fortunate enough to have a group of parents, carers and staff who are willing to support with fundraising activities and projects, providing very much needed educational supplies and equipment in order to enhance our children’s educational experience, and the school’s facilities.
Our group is about much more than simply fundraising, moving forward we aim to provide closer links between home and school; bringing staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.
We would be very grateful to hear from anyone who has expertise in the following areas, or could lend some time to support our main fundraising challenges this year.
In particular we are keen to hear from those with experience in bid writing, event planning, or links with national or local companies – especially those who offer matched funding opportunities.
