School Closure Work Update Posted on: 20 Apr 2020
Now the summer term has started, please can we remind all students that they should access their closure work via Microsoft Teams (unless directed otherwise by staff). Closure work will be updated by staff on Teams each Monday for the coming week. A weekly overview for parents / carers will be added to the school website under the ‘pupils’ tab. Students have deadlines for the completion of their assignments in Teams and we would greatly appreciate the support of parents / carers in making sure students keep to these deadlines. These have been staggered between departments to ensure students do not have a lot of deadlines from different subjects at the same time. The frequency of assessed work and feedback from staff will follow the normal pattern for subjects in school. Please use this guide to help you access work using Teams: click here
We have also created Teams for Year 11 and Year 13 students so they can directly access important information about exam grades and bridging work for sixth form / further study.
