Literacy and numeracy are carefully scaffolded to ensure that all students can access the curriculum.Engaging, high quality learning opportunities ensures that students are inspired by specialist subject staff. We believe that all students have the ability to excel and consciously teach them to challenge themselves through hard work and perseverance. We strive to create independent learners who have the knowledge, skills and motivation to make a difference to the world around them.In Years 9 and 12, students are offered a wide range of traditional subjects alongside a more vocational route. This enables all students to study a curriculum that properly matches their abilities and aspirations. Students requiring learning support or supplementary interventions are well supported through a bespoke curriculum offer.
