Healthy School
Whitburn has achieved the Healthy School Award since 2014, and will hold it until at least 2020.
The Healthy School Award is awarded to schools for their involvement with pupils’ Health and Wellbeing. The award outlines a range of areas for the school to focus on and provide evidence of; pupils were able to talk to the awarding body about the work linked to Heathy Schools and show a mature understanding of the topics.
